When I start Eterm, nothing happens, but X suddenly whizzes up to 98/99%
cpu, and this makes things a bit tricky. When I kill Eterm, everything goes
back to normal. With the help of RiverRat, I tried the cvs version, which
had the exact same problem. Here is the result of ./autogen.sh
