KDE/QT applications with tray icon survive E crashes or engage module being
enabled/disabled, but E does not survive to KDE tray icons.

Every time I start a KDE application, (Kopete, KWallet, KGPG, KMail, ...)
which shows a Systray icon, E crashes.
When E restarts the tray icon shows as a small window with decorations.

Loading and enabling engage module makes no difference (engage with tray
enabled)

Skype tray icon works with engage and does not crash E though. If E crashes
and restarts Skype survives an tray icon reappears in tray once E is running
again.

What are the possibilities to get the Systray as an independent module? (copy
out from engage, or is somebody writing such a module?)
