thing is - WE have a VARIANT of BSD+Advertising. if you read COPYING-PLAIN it
allows explicitly the person to meet the advertising clause by:

1. shipping source of the code + mods (but not what links to it - so it acts as
LGPL) OR
2. emailing the AUTHORS expressly letting them know it is being used (thus the
authors can advertise themselves "hey - product X uses our stuff!") OR
3. the usual BSD advertising clause :)
