Hello everyone, It has been a long time since this idea has been brewing, but we never have felt like we needed to formalize how to interact between each other in a respectful cooperative way. I feel this has changed and evolved in the past month to a point where I am writing this email to see if we can maybe write one to make this place a welcoming place.
Many open source project have today some good code of conduct. We do not need to invent it from scratch. We can either get inspiration from the list below or just grab one of them that we do feel that will match our need (I do personnally like the Arch Linux one, but others are quite close) : - https://wiki.gnome.org/action/show/Foundation/CodeOfConduct?action=show&redirect=CodeOfConduct - https://www.kde.org/code-of-conduct/ - https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/governance/policies/participation/ - https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Code_of_conduct - https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Project:Council/Code_of_conduct Cedric Sent with [ProtonMail](https://protonmail.com) Secure Email. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Check out the vibrant tech community on one of the world's most engaging tech sites, Slashdot.org! http://sdm.link/slashdot _______________________________________________ enlightenment-devel mailing list enlightenment-devel@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/enlightenment-devel
