The e17 theme change the look only of the WM and it's toolkit (you can 
see it in the e configuration). For apps it depends on witch toolkit they 
use: mainly there are 2 toolkit: EWL and ETK, both have a separate theme.
You can find some ETK themes on get-e, or you can look at 
http://code.google.com/p/detour/
Detour is a set of themes (e17, etk and ewl) with the same look.

I'm not sure, but I think it's possible to place the EWL and ETK theme
inside the e17 theme itself...someone can confirm this?
