Hello, I'm one of the GSoC's students working on Enlightenment Win32 port project.
Together with my mentor (Vincent Torri) we considered that Evil is currently in enough good shape to be submitted to the main repository. Please take a look to the archive I'm sending - it contains necessary sources and project files for Evil to be compiled with Microsoft Visual Studio 8. If there will be no objections, it will be commited in 2 days. Zip content should be unpacked to proto/Evil/ directory. Also pay attention to README and MANIFEST files.
