If you keep it CVS-based, it's hard to develop and hard to update with news, topic and more. The EFL was (and will) develop with semplicity in mind, this is not the case of the site, why? Maybe when the site was published, the admin have other ideas in mind, but, ideas could change with time, and now we have the necessity of a "good" site, not a "beauty" site.
