on a related note I finished the e_connman (to be added to e_dbus) at:

Connman AFAICT is far from finished, I'll try to help Marcel to finish
at least some bits. It's API is simple and easy, he opted to go
straight with few signals and everything is an Element, this have
properties. Everything is handled as such, which make it easy to
extend.

I plan to add a simple e-module to manage this graphically, but I
don't promise any good ui for now.
