exchange is not officially supported, it's in PROTO, when it move out
of proto it will move to main set. Until then you can choose to
package it or not. Debian guys are packaging it so they build Ecomorph
using it, no problem.

again, don't package what you believe does not work.

Raster proposed just the small "main" list, I'd add systray, tclock
and notification as I use them without problems, but nothing more.
OpenGEU guys are using all the other modules/libs/apps and they say
they have no problems, but I really don't know.

I can also recommend python bindings as I'm the maintainer, but
they're not really tied to E17 release so can stay in "extras" without
problem (the less we carry, the better).
