well i am trying to have the dialogs also size up nicely - in the case of
wallpaper this works well - some others just wont size up and stay small as
there is no more content to fill it with than a small amount. it all depends.
originally i had wanted all dialogs to fit in VGA (640x480) but really e is
being used on embedded stuff now - a lot, and these things come in qvga
(320x240 or 240x320) or smaller (though to be honest qvga is so common i'm just
calling the limit at qvga), and so the minimum intersection of size in qvga is
about 240x240 (or well 280x240 or 240x280, so 240x240 is the union of those).
