Make e_config things unsigned char rather than integer, same for EET
data descriptor, this struct is already long enough that deserves
being shaved and rearranged before 0.17 is released.

On the "feature" side, is there any way to detect we're about to
resume or coming back from resume, thus doing the lock even if we were
hibernated by some external method like gnome-power-manager or just
closing the lid and some crazy ACPI script? I know old timers had
their own script in acpi to request kde/gnome/xlock to lock their
displays, but maybe nowadays hal or some other system reports that?
