In actuality, the elm_win_conformant function(s) could go away as they are not really used anywhere of significance. The best approach, went wanting a window that is 'illume conformant' is to use the elm_conform widget. elm_win_conformant_set makes no real changes to any window, other than setting an X property on it that illume can read...meant to be used in conjunction with the elm_conform widget. Really I think the best approach would be to remove the elm_win_conformant calls and just have the elm_conform widget set the property on it's parent window....would avoid some confusion.
