It came back when I logged out of e and logged back in.  I usually only
do restarts from the e menu after I recompile it.  Seems to have
forgotten some window remembers though.  On the other hand, now that I
have replaced the crapacitors on my mother board, I rarely log out, so
that's not really a big problem for me.  Or to be pedantic, I rarely log
in now.  With all those crapacitor caused crashes I never logged out,
only logged in after crashing.
