Hello Recently I noticed that with auto-hide on, emacs bottom-line goes below the screen as seen here http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_jmVxCj-35E8/TAQ69u9dq1I/AAAAAAAAAO8/0hTkA6_rwEg/s1600/emacs1.png . I think it rather be like this http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_jmVxCj-35E8/TAQ8HsbtA-I/AAAAAAAAAPE/8D0QU926vR8/s1600/emacs2.png . Vincent guessed it might be a problem with icccm or netwm. Let me know how I can provide more useful information.
