I found the questionable part at "elementary/debian/control"
The following is the part of "elementary/debian/control"

Package: libelm-svn-01
Architecture: any
Depends: ${shlibs:Depends}, libelm-bin
Description: Elementary - a basic widget set that is easy to use based on EFL
for mobile
This package contains a widget toolkit.
Package: libelm-bin
Architecture: any
Depends: ${shlibs:Depends}
Description: Elementary - a basic widget set that is easy to use based on EFL
for mobile
This package contains elementary_test
======================================================================================
The package "libelm-svn-01" is the library package.
And the package "libelm-bin" is the binary package which can excute
"elementary_test".
By the way, why the package "libelm-svn-01" has the dependency on the package
"libelm-bin" ?
I wondered why the library has dependency on application.
Please check this problem.
