Hello Anibal, there are C++ bindings for ecore, eet, evas, eina, elementary, emotion, esmart and edje in trunk/BINDINGS/cxx (http://trac.enlightenment.org/e/browser/trunk/BINDINGS/cxx) They come alongside examples in trunk/BINDINGS/cxx/eflxx_examples There are also python and java script bindings in trunk/BINDINGS/ if you like.
However, I'm not the maintainer of the C++ bindings. That is Andreas Volz (irc: audifahrer), whom you will reach via this Mailinglist as well.
