Yes, devel packages of X11 and Xlib should be installed.

Any other ideas?

Thanks,

Subject: [E-devel] Evas install - X11/Xlib

Hello,

I am trying to compile and install Evas on Fedora (my previous install were on
Kubuntu). For a reason I cannot find, the X11 software render engine doesn't
get installed.

I run configure with:

./configure --enable-software-xlib --enable-xrender-x11
--enable-image-loader-png

When done, it says:

Configuration Options Summary:

Engines:
  Software Memory Buffer.....: yes
Software X11...............: no (Xlib: no) (XCB: no)
  XRender X11................: no (XCB: no)
  OpenGL X11.................: no

However, X11 en xlib are installed afaik. I have attached the config.log. Do
you see what is wrong?

Thanks in advance. Best regards,

John D.
