Regarding the theme, it won't be too hard, but it will be a lot of work. You essentially have to mirror everything, and even then I'm not sure it'll be enough. Info about themes: http://docs.enlightenment.org/auto/edje/edcref.html(maybe someone else has something useful as well?).
