I noticed some weirdness in eina_ustrbuf.h, there is a macro called eina_ustrbuf_prepend_Eina_Unicode, which looks as if some search'n'replace operation on it had gone wrong. Looking at its documentation seems to confirm this. Some invokations of "svn blame", I find that this weirdness is present since the beginning of the Unicode stringbuffer code. The question I'd ask in such a case is if the code is wanted at all, and if it isn't easier to just remove it. Otherwise, maybe adding unit test for this, so that at least the proper function is guaranteed.
