hmm well audio and video mute in the module options seems pointless to me given
the full api support for that... but i can see there being need for module
options later on... eg enable or disable subsystems and support in a module
that may create problems?

we can remove it.. but we may just end up bringing it back...

i'm in for removing the existing content of the function though as thats
useless.
