Hey, as I think that the release is not that far, I built another Windows installer:

There are some bugs, and elm tests that are not all working (factory, images which path is hardcoded, ...) I tested it on Win XP 32 bits. So on Win > XP, there could be some problems. Especially, try to enable the compatibility mode, it shoud help a bit.
