Yup. If memory serves, the function I had an issue with was eina_array_clean, which was moved from a symbol to header-exported inline function a while back. I don't remember exactly when this happened, but I think it was between 1.0.0 beta and the actual 1.0.0 (though it still technically is an ABI break, which is why I still export that symbol in the packages. heh.)
