Fuck, we MUST be strict. There is an API addition, add it to ChangeLog and NEWS files. No discussion is needed. Why are you trying to hide your lazyness with stupid arguments ? A deprecated function MIGHT, in the future, for the same MAJOR version of eina, be deleted.
