I totally agree here, I was thinking the same yesterday. Make the
configuration dialog a standalone app and you will get:

1. you can use elm instead of the crappy E toolkit, thus building a better UI
2. you will not have to rewrite the whole thing when we will go to E18
3. a configuration app that can be also used outside E can be usefull
and can help the spread of EFL
4. I will be able to run the config from a terminal, and not only by
clicking on the gadget.

... If you like I can help on this, I can do a network config app in
py in a really
short time If you point me the right way to speak with conman :)
