Hey, Added a fix/workaround for your issue: r75730.
The problem is that fit was only added recently and wasn't really tested or used. The second problem is that fit kinda changes how edje handles textblock and we now need to do fancier stuff like we do for text objects, e.g splitting recalc and recalc apply.
