Even better, we'll expose the client bits in elm, the server (e17) will use
edbus directly once it's done and e will get an internal API to avoid dbus
if it is the server (today if you have notification module and another
module call e_notification it will talk to itself.

If you're in a desperate need zehortigoza can send the port of old
E_Notify.h to you. He has that already but we'll go the aforementioned
route. Alternatively you can use the edbus codegen and generate your own
client API. (We'll not provide edbus sub modules as before, you should get
the XML introspection and use edbus codegen to create it locally)
