Before it autodetected all deps. We agreed this wouldn't happen with EFL
single tree anymore. We have just some minor options for not-so-common
extensions such as xinput2. But even with options it will not autodetect,
you must enable or disable if your system is different from default.

Given that this is a buildbot we must have one machine with all
deps/options enabled, one without all and one with the defaults.
