Yes, it's harmless, but since
http://trac.enlightenment.org/e/changeset/77028 this code was moved to
just check for GLES.

The problem here is that before the efl merged tree, you used to need
--enable-gles-variety-sgx in order to build wayland egl support. But
this is not listed anymore in the building instructions since that
merge.
