Hmm. Why stuff for arch and spec exists on repos? Why to add debian
stuff and autogenerate needed files (like changelog) via autotools?

I'm already find it, but as i see it not contains econnman, connman,
emotion-generic-loaders and other stuff.

I want to create ppa with packages, that rebuilds every day. As i see
efl changes frequently.
