er... he didn't elaborate much, but what he mean is if we introduce an ECORE_EVENT_TIMEDISPLAY_CHANGED between 12/24, or if we have this somewhere else. The implementation would be based on plugins as I did with systemd. I was also wondering one option would be to add this as elm_config member and thus would be automatically propagated on configuration changes to all Elementary users, as done with finger size, scale, theme...
