I added a section for people to fill up here: https://phab.enlightenment.org/w/efl_and_elementary_1_9/#planned-features To stress this a bit more (I know you already understand it) we will not wait on any of the listed features there. Like raster wrote if your stuff is not ready you will miss the merge window and have to wait for the next. But missing a release does no longer mean wait another few years. If we get our act together it will mean wait for another 3 months which should be fine.
