Hello. In 1.5h the first stabilization week is over which marks the end of the first cycle in 1.10.
People suggested to release a technology preview tarball at this stage. I planned for it on 1.9 but did not do it in the end because I see so much changes coming in the second merge window which makes me wonder if such a tarball would show anything.
