Though I expect the C++ generator developers to continue development even
with it disabled; in the end, it can be an advanage for them too as they'll
have a lot more freedom with the generator code (i.e. new features of the
generator can be experimented with without breaking EFL builds). I expect
the generator to be fully working by the time we re-enable it.
