Daniel debugged this yesterday and we seem to have a fix. Still seeing
some other issues with elua which I will discuss with him today.

Raster closed the bug again as we are sure this is fixed.

Given this is open since June I don't think it is that urgent just now.
Just don't have the calendar open in this case is at least a workaround.

I heard nothing else so right no I consider some elua realted build
problems as the only missing piece before we consider 1.12 fine to be
released next week.
