hey mike!

sorry - i had to revert your changes. e was left totally broken. i was taking a
screenshot and hey... e crashed while trying. basically almost every dialog is
broken. widgets are 0 sized all over the place. frame lists are empty where
they used to have content. it was so seriously wrong i had to revert.

you're going the wrong direction. replace the dialogs (one at a time) not the
widgets. this is the wrong way to do it as it just makes for buggy dialogs with
still shitty content and layout as well as general design from years of
stuffing one more dialog onto the list for more settings.

to fix e's config dialogs we want to REBUILD them with elm. just leave the old
ones there and let them die out as new ones take their place.
