Hello. I just uploaded the elm tarballs for 1.12.4 which will become the final release if I hear nothing problematic within the next 24h.
This is the first time I try this with a -pre suffix in the name which will be removed when the tarballs will be moved into the final location. The version in the tarball is already the final one and no content will be changed.
