Hi, So I rolled the release and, for these developer previews, am using GitHub to host the downloads. You can grab the release if you'd like to test it without playing through git from https://github.com/ajwillia-ms/edi/releases/tag/v0.0.1
This is the first official release but it's early days. EDI at this stage is more than a text editor but not quite the full code aware system that is a pre-requisite for an IDE. The main features at this point are: * Editing and saving text files within a project context * Tabbed browsing of open files * Multiple window support * Syntax highlighting * info panel with logs and useful output * Simple build functions, test runner & test suite output * Creation of new projects from name input and skeleton project files I hope that, even at an early stage, this can be helpful to a few folk who can possibly help feedback to improve it too. There is a long term roadmap at https://phab.enlightenment.org/w/projects/edi/ if you're interested. Known issues currently include * Syntax highlighting is very slow - this has already been addressed but will have to wait for another release due to the size of change All the best and have fun with it.
