Revert "configure: Link eina to librt. This is needed for shm_* calls"
This reverts commit 6445fea318f29fd6b1de0bc6fbe1b66bcc5673ba.
Jenkins seems lost without it, but this is wrong on some platforms. Need
to solve it another way.
