When I changed to __EDGE_SCALING 3 11 3 3 on each of __NORMAL, __HILITED, and __CLICKED it fixed the __HILITED perfectly but I felt that __NORMAL looked clipped top and bottom. Setting __NORMAL to __EDGE_SCALING 3 11 1 1 made it look as good as before (or better even). Thanks again for your help! Brad PS.
