I've recently started using E with Xinerama. And I have no idea if this is a known bug or not, but:
Whenever I move the pointer to the right of the screen (and I have 3 virtual screens), when It moves a screen and a half (or just a screen), the mouse just stops near the end for the screen of the first monitor (probably around x=1000) as if there was some sort of a barrier blocking it. I can proceed moving the mouse further right, if I call a menu, or touch a window or something. And the weird part is, this happens only when I move the pointer to the right.
