I have in the past tried to understand how themeing dr16 works, but have not been successful at it...
Now, regarding the pagers in the new default theme winter, I think it would be preferable to only have the blue tag showing in the "shaded" state, and not the white box that now shows with it. If this can be done with a quick hack of one of the files, I would be glad to do it locally, if someone could just point out to me where that would be. Cheers, -- Morten
