i corrected the fonts in my menustyles.cfg (thanks for help. but i found the bug a bit sooner :)
and now i can present quite finished Etheme:

it fits best with 1280x1024
im from poland though im using iso8859-2 fonts. ... maybe i should make the theme with iso8859-1 ?
