I Figured out that each Monitor has it's on display variable
"$DISPLAY": :0.0 and :0.1. Now I have to set the Mouse focus to the 
desktop of my choice within a script - if anyone have an idea how 
i can do that would be helpfull

Fix it, just switcht the desktops on the monitors.
