I just tried tocompile evidence. I used source that I had from about a week ago and then I downloaded the latest CVS. In both cases the make failed as follows:

search.c: In function `search_open_db':
search.c:218: error: request for member `tree' in something not a structure or union
search.c:219: error: request for member `tree' in something not a structure or union
search.c:223: error: too many arguments to function `search_find_db'
search.c:247: error: request for member `tree' in something not a structure or union
search.c:248: error: request for member `tree' in something not a structure or union
search.c:257: error: request for member `db_filename' in something not a structure or union
search.c:259: error: request for member `db_filename' in something not a structure or union
search.c:264: error: request for member `db_filename' in something not a structure or union

I've had evidence compile before so I can't figure it out. I have doodle (the required search utility) installed. I just can't figure thisout.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
