Early this year I tested rox, icewm, fluxbox, fvwm, windomaker, afterstep, an e16. During this period I also tested e17. Since then I'm using e17 almost exclusively. There is also a gnome installation, however my last gnome session was a couple of weeks ago. I definitely prefer a simple and very fast gui with low memory consumption. e17 has it all and it looks and feels good. There is some artist spirit inside e17 I like most. I mean I play the guitar since 35 years. Therefore e17's artist spirit plays an important role for me. ------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net email is Sponsored by the Better Software Conference & EXPO September 19-22, 2005 * San Francisco, CA * Development Lifecycle Practices Agile & Plan-Driven Development * Managing Projects & Teams * Testing & QA Security * Process Improvement & Measurement * http://www.sqe.com/bsce5sf _______________________________________________ enlightenment-users mailing list enlightenment-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/enlightenment-users
