I'm running Fedora Core 4 Linux and testing E. I would be happy if I
could either
1. Set one really wide image across both desktop backgrounds (that's
what Metacity does), or
2. Show the same image on both (That's what WindowMaker does)
This is an NVidia dual head card and NVidia has a system called
"TWinview" to make the 2 monitors appear as 2056x1024 background. So it
is not exactly the same as xinerama. E handles this fine for most
things. E starts 2 pagers, one for the left display, one for the right.
It is wild to be able to separately select them. I can drag windows
back and forth. The root window background shows on both workspaces.
I can set the workspace-specific image on the workspace on the left with
enlightenment_remote -desktop-bg-add 0 0 1 0 ~/.e/e/backgrounds/XXXYY.edj
I need help setting the image on the right monitor (either as a copy or
a stretch of the image on the left).
