Whether or not they work with suse I don't know.
If not it should be possible to use the source rpms and do an rpmbuild
--rebuild <blah>.src.rpm.
Does 0.16.7.1 use .enlightenment or .e16 folder btw?
It uses ~/.enlightenment (by default).
