that's all great - but its not the real way to address an issue like this - u'd
want LITERALLY the option to "suspend/hibernate if attery reaches X%" and then
the battery module doign the hibernate as best it knows how. it's bad UI design
to want users to think that runing a command might be able to hibernate. so u
want a specific feature - the ability to hibernate when it gest to X% - likely
u want a confirmation dialog with a timeout "Your battery is very low. Your
computer will be placed into suspend in 10 seconds. Press 'Cancel' to abort
this" message - then a countdown to 0 then the suspend.
