Ah, that is where another difficulty lies. I cannot seem to get any
shelves to be created on the second display, so I cannot get a desktop
pager to be on the second screen. When I create a new shelve, it appears
to be fixed to screen 0. 

I had asked about this a while ago, but had no response.

It does not bother me much, as I flip through the second screen's
desktops via key-press, but maybe I should try and fix/resolve that
issue.....which will in turn resolve my current issue.
