make and install proceeded without errors, I can select any number
of TTF fonts, and e16 displays using those fonts, but I cannot
see most window titles if they have non-ASCII characters. For example,
at google egypt http://www.google.com.eg/intl/ar/about.html
the title bar is completely blank. The html source shows it should be
<TITLE>حول Google</TITLE>
which displays fine in all my app windows.

I still get "Aktuáln" at the link in the other email.

Do I have to have a LOCALE set? or a LANG? I believe I still
have everything still set for US, if that makes a difference.
Does X version matter?

Brad
